Rental of the barn for the reception, use of the barn or grounds (as designated by the members of BWP) for the purpose of a ceremony and to include the rehearsal for the ceremony. Included in the rate is use of the barn,  lawn for the ceremony and reception, a trailer to keep sodawater, and food cold, a beautiful bar that is made from old barn boards, a bride dressing room and handicap accessible indoor flush bathrooms. We also have various decorations for you to choose from including an antique buck board (buggy) for photos opportunities or to decorate as you like. A projector and a screen for a slide show are included. Table and chairs to accommodate 240 people. Also 2 employees to keep the grounds clean and assist the vendors as needed. This rate is for 3 days Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The hours of each day is spelled out in the policies.

Rehearsal Dinner $100

This rate includes the rehearsal dinner at the barn (not to include food or drinks).

Down

 A down payment for the amount of $500 within 7 days of making the reservation this is non-refundable but is applicable to an alternate date within one calendar year. The remaining balance plus a $500 security deposit is due 30 days before the event. The security deposit will be returned after ascertaining that any item or buildings were not damaged by the renters.
