Options for Renting the Barn at Windy Pine, LLC
Rental of the barn for the reception, use of the barn or grounds (as designated by the members of BWP) for the purpose of a ceremony and to include the rehearsal for the ceremony.
Payments
A down payment of $500 to hold your date is required
The remaining balance plus a $500 security deposit is due 30 days before the event.

The lawn for the ceremony and reception
A projector and a screen for a slide show
An Arbor
Indoor bathrooms and changing room
2 workers to keep the grounds clean
Metal tubs to serve your cold beverages

100+ mason jars
Round wood slabs for table decorations

4 whiskey barrels for cocktail tables
A cooler trailer to store anything you need to keep cold
An old buggy to decorate, use for gifts or use for pictures
sand box for the kids
2 kegerators
4 chalk board signs
30 tables and 240 chairs
A golf cart that the BWP workers use to transport people to and from the parking lot
The rental of the barn for the rehearsal dinner is in addition to the barn rate
